I am a PhD Candidate at Florida State University in Religions of Western Antiquity where I study sexual slander and identity formation in early Christianity.

I’m a regular contributor on the American Society of Church History’s History of Christianity blog. In my spare time I’m a runner and a cyclist (still love my old steel frame Pinarello).
